About The Position

Required certifications or type of experience : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

PCU / Stepdown experience required.

Position / Specialty RN PCU

Start date : (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out)

Years of experience REQ : 2 years experience in PCU minimum

First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Y

Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) – can be discussed in interview but cannot be guaranteed- it is based on the needs of the unit

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Y

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8 / 10's

Special Requirements : Epic experience MUST be a 3 or 4; familiarity with cardiac drips required. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

Submittal Instructions

Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date

All RTO must be presented at time of submission only- facility will not review RTO submitted after this time.

2 references from a direct supervisor / manager, ANM, director for the unit submitted to

18 months experience Required, 2 years exp. preferred

Facility does not accept any license hits.

Smoke Free Facility : All travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE- No Exceptions! -Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start.

First time travelers accepted

No Certs pending

EKG and Pharm test required during orientation. 2 attempts max for each. No remediation for a re-test. Travelers will be cancelled if they fail. Study materials provided with FDI
