Salary Range : $125K-$145K range based on experience

AppleOne Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a highly reputable commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up projects throughout the Miami area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $50M , with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and quality execution.
• Lead progress meetings, maintain detailed project documentation, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements.
• Mentor and support project engineers, superintendents, and field staff to promote a collaborative project culture.
• Provide regular cost reports, progress updates, and schedule forecasts to senior management.
