Salary Range : $125K-$145K range based on experience
About the Opportunity
AppleOne Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a highly reputable commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up projects throughout the Miami area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $50M , with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and quality execution.
- Lead progress meetings, maintain detailed project documentation, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements.
- Mentor and support project engineers, superintendents, and field staff to promote a collaborative project culture.
- Provide regular cost reports, progress updates, and schedule forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required).7+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing ground-up commercial projects ($2M–$50M)Demonstrated stability and progression in previous employment (no frequent job changes).Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and financial controls.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred.Must be local to South Florida and able to travel to job sites as needed.Why Join
