Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist customers with installations, configurations, and system updates.
- Document issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Requirements :
1-3 years in technical support, IT helpdesk, or related roles.Technical Skills : Knowledge of Windows / Mac OS, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.Certifications (Preferred) : A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications.Seniority Level : Mid-Senior level
