We are seeking self-motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing event marketing team ! Our firm provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national companies and corporations , creating unique campaigns tailored to each client’s target market.
As a Special Events Associate , you will assist with marketing events, fundraising campaigns, and brand promotions, with the opportunity to grow into a campaign management role . You will report directly to the Promotions Coordinator and become a key member of the event team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event
- Coordinate event activities, including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory
- Process and track event sales
- Manage event logistics, timelines, and schedules
- Serve as Event Manager when needed
- Lead by example and support interns and junior staff
