Job Overview

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

As an Employee Relations intern at Hubbell, you will work alongside experienced HR professionals and build foundational HR skills while contributing to meaningful projects that make a difference. You will support the creation and revision of HR policies, the standardization of practices, and initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience. You will collect and analyze internal and external data and assist in preparing reports and presentatioins. You will participate cross-functional meetings and work closely with professionals across the enterprise.

• Managing multiple projects with overlapping tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Providing support and assistance to co-workers as appropriate.
