Limited Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Limited Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care through the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of diverse mental health conditions. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and children using evidence-based practices. You will assist clients in navigating lifes challenges, improving coping and communication skills, and achieving emotional well-being. Clinical supervision is available to support licensure advancement and ongoing professional development. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients mental health status and determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on client growth and emotional resilience.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular wellness checks and monitor ongoing client progress.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, ethical guidelines, and facility protocols.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 30 client-facing hours per week .
  • Participate in supervision and case consultation as required or desired to support licensure and clinical growth.
  • Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current and valid limited state licensure (e.g., LLPC, LLMSW, or equivalent based on state regulations).
  • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and up-to-date CAQH profile .
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification .
  • Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or community setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to effectively handle scheduling and documentation.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, continued learning, and personal and professional development.
  • Note : Supervision is available to support limited licensed therapists working toward full licensure.
