Western Colorado pemier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for 1 Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist's located at on our Valley View Campus in Glenwood Springs, CO located at 1906 Blake Avenue Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Shift Information : Working 4-10 hour days / week, weekdays will vary, but al will include a Saturday schedule. HOUSING OPTIONS Rey Guevara Glenwood Springs $2500 / month utilities included Kathleen Simmons Glenwood Springs $1500 / month utilties included Tracey Mishel Carbondale $3500 / month including utilities Mary Wentzel Glenwood Springs $5,500 / month utilities not included. Kisa Wernsman New Castle $1200 / month-Extra Large Bedroom, $1000 / month-Standard sized bedroom Anne Swanson Glenwood Springs $2250 / month utilities included. Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.
