About the Role
The Casino Host is responsible for providing outstanding guest services to the guests of the Ocean Casino Resort.
Position Responsibilities
- Promote Ocean Casino Resort's Loyalty Card by contacting prospective members, explaining benefits, and answering questions about membership through invitations, telemarketing, email, and direct player contact.
- Actively pursue new Loyalty Card prospects and promote the benefits of the program.
- This is a highly visible position both on and off the casino property, requiring professional behavior and appearance at all times.
- Spend significant time on the casino floor to meet and greet guests during visits and special events.
- Support player development by attending to customer needs and building relationships.
Essential Functions
Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke, noise, and stress in a high-pressure environment.Ability to stand for entire shifts and move throughout the casino / hotel areas. Ability to lift / push / pull up to 25 pounds.Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and unusual hours.College degree preferred, especially in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum one (1) year of casino guest service experience, including player development, slots, or table games.Hosting experience with a customer following preferred.Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and sales skills required.Effective communication in English required.Benefits

Targeted at $45,000 annually. Final offers depend on location, experience, and expertise.
