• This position starts at : $16.50. Final compensation will be determined based on experience.
• This position is an onsite role at Mercy - St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, OH

Schedule : Full Time 2pm-10 : 30pm (weekend / holiday rotation)

We are searching for the next Patient Access Specialist champion. This is an exciting role that is not a desk job, as you'll walk from room to room and push a 10-pound mobile computer station throughout the entire shift.

This role is responsible for performing admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital. They are responsible for performing these functions while meeting the mission and goals of the organization and all regulatory compliance requirements. The Representative will work within the policies and processes as they are being performed across the entire organization.

Job Responsibilities :

Requirement :

Ability to regularly walk from room to room and push a 10-pound mobile computer station throughout the entire shift

Experience :

1+ years of customer service experience

Minimum Education :

High School Diploma / GED Required

Certifications :

CRCR Required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid)
