Job Summary : We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our leading clinical team supporting neurodivergent adults recovering from brain injury . This full-time role involves providing non-medical, community-based therapeutic services , under the supervision of our Director of Clinical Services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess psychosocial needs of clients with brain injury
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
- Support clients in accessing healthcare and community resources
- Advocate for clients' rights and preferences
- Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications :
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in ConnecticutCertified by the CT Department of Public Health3+ years of experience working with brain injury in community settingsStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAble to work independently and collaborativelyValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer :
