Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Yoga Teacher with proven sales skills to join our team as Studio Lead at YogaSix Dallas. This role blends yoga instruction, leadership, membership sales, and studio operations. The Studio Lead is responsible for teaching classes, mentoring select instructors, and driving studio growth through membership sales and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Teach 712 classes per week across multiple YogaSix formats.

Deliver high-quality, safe, and inspiring yoga classes aligned with YogaSix standards.

Build strong connections with students before and after class.

Support class scheduling and collaborate with management to ensure optimal instructor coverage.

Mentor and support other yoga teachers.

Sell memberships, packages, retail, and workshops with confidence and professionalism.

Lead revenue-generating opportunities such as private yoga, workshops, and corporate events.

Represent YogaSix Dallas at local events and community outreach activities.

Provide occasional front desk coverage and support day-to-day studio operations.

Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certification (E-RYT 200 or RYT 500 preferred).

At least 1 year of yoga teaching experience (multi-format experience a plus).

Proven sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based environments.

Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

Comfortable teaching and working in a heated studio environment .

Reliable transportation to commute to 2650 North Fitzhugh Ave, Dallas, TX 75204 .

Physical Requirements

Able to teach in a heated room, demo poses, and walk the room to assist students.

Able to lift up to 30 pounds and climb stairs as needed.

Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits
