A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Private Equity.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate expertise in private equity structures and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Maintain client relationships and provide tailored tax compliance advice
Oversee and mentor staff in tax return preparation and ensure effective engagement management
Required Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience in accounting and tax, with three years in private equity tax compliance
Proven ability to manage tax compliance for private equity funds and partnerships
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting
Current CPA license and membership in good standing with AICPA
Proficiency in tax preparation software
