Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and IP-related agreements
Ensure privacy compliance and navigate regulatory requirements for autonomous delivery robots
Provide legal guidance on product development and manage IP due diligence for partnerships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
6+ years of legal experience focusing on commercial transactions and IP law
Experience with privacy law (CCPA, BIPA, GDPR, state privacy regulations)
