The Springs of Pine Bluff, a premier Skilled Nursing Facility located at 6301 South Hazel St, Pine Bluff, AR 71603, is seeking a experienced, compassionate, and driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time RN Assistant Director Of Nursing.

Position : RN ADON

Status : Full-Time

Qualifications :

Valid Arkansas Nursing License
Current CPR Certification
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff, residents, families, and visitors

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of nursing activities in compliance with long-term care regulations.

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Collaborate with staff, residents, and families in a professional and tactful manner.

Manage nursing staff schedules and participate in on-call responsibilities.

Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the nursing team.
