A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product demonstrations and solution presentations for clients
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business and functional requirements
Support customer onboarding, testing, and go-live activities while troubleshooting configuration and performance issues
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical support or application support within healthcare IT or BPO services
Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations and familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid program rules
Experience configuring or supporting SaaS applications in a healthcare environment
Understanding of data integration and interoperability standards
Competence in data analysis and familiarity with reporting tools
