is seeking compassionate and detail-oriented

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings. This role supports the interdisciplinary team by delivering essential nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.

Job Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.

Monitor patients' health status and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.

Assist with wound care, catheterization, and other medical procedures.

Support patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in patient records.

Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

Current and active LPN license in the state of practice.

Minimum 1 year

of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills.
