Position Overview :
We're hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage outbound prospecting systems that generate qualified leads across multiple brands. You'll oversee cold email campaigns, manage lists and deliverability, and connect with potential partners or customers. The role blends copywriting, data management, and marketing automation.

Eligibility Criteria :
Experience : 2+ years in lead generation, outbound marketing, or sales operations
Education : Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Skills : Proficient in Instantly, Apollo, or similar tools; strong writing and data organization
Preferred Candidates :
Experience with cold email campaigns and deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Familiar with lead sourcing (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Knowledge of CRM workflows (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
Analytical and metrics-driven, with attention to results and ROI
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Responsibilities :
Build and manage outbound email campaigns in Instantly
Source, clean, and segment lead lists for multiple product categories
Write and A / B test email copy for engagement and conversion
Manage domain and inbox health (warmup, rotation, reputation)
Report key performance metrics weekly (opens, replies, conversions)
Automate workflows between outreach tools and CRMs
Coordinate with marketing and sales for lead handoffs
Refine targeting and outreach strategy through data analysis
Requirements :
2+ years in outbound marketing or lead generation
Understanding of deliverability best practices and outreach tools
Strong written communication and analytical skills
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
