A celebrated chef-driven restaurant in Savannah is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead and elevate our beverage program. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable professional to join a respected team focused on hospitality, creativity, and quality.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on leader who understands the balance between a smooth-running bar, strong team culture, and exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of spirits, cocktails, and seasonal ingredients. Wine knowledge is a plus, as our beverage program includes a thoughtfully curated list to complement a locally inspired menu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, inventory, and ordering
• Hire, train, and develop bar staff
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a consistent service standard
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings and seasonal cocktails
• Monitor costs and maintain beverage profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
