This position is responsible for the implementation and management of the Cotton Construction division Quality Assurance Program to assure all projects meet Cotton's high standards of quality. The position will work directly with both internal and external team members to provide document review, field audits, coordination, and implementation of Quality Assurance initiative during project durations. In addition, this position will assure client satisfaction throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Cotton Construction Internal Field Audits
• Review and recognize deviations in Internal Audits.
• Develop onsite training programs to mitigate compliance concerns.
• Maintain compliance of any record keeping requirement programs for specific jobsites
• Provide insights on jobsites to identify, evaluation, and control of hazards.
• Creates, documents, and distributes all QA / QC plans, checklists, inspection, completion lists, punch lists, and reports.
• Uses data collected to identify means of reducing deficiencies and improving overall quality and provides action remedial responses.
