  • Maintenance Technician – Adult Care Facility

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a NYS DOH licensed adult care facility. The Maintenance Tech ensures our building, systems, and equipment are operating safely and efficiently, while maintaining a comfortable and compliant living environment for our residents.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues
  • Respond to work orders and emergencies
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety codes
  • Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep
  • Requirements :
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience preferred
  • Familiarity with tools and safety standards
  • Must be dependable and physically capable of lifting and climbing
