Location : Marion, IN | Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

About the Role

Total Aviation Staffing is seeking a committed and skilled Flight Paramedic to join our client, a leader in critical care and emergency medical transport services. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to provide life-saving care and make a meaningful impact in high-stakes situations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Flight Paramedic, you will :

  • Deliver advanced critical care, emergency treatment, and life support during air and ground medical transports.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and interventions under dynamic and challenging conditions.
  • Accurately document patient care details, transport information, and billing records.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, medical personnel, and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in regular training, education, and skill development to uphold clinical excellence.
  • Adhere to all protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support public relations and community outreach as needed.

Qualifications

  • Certification : Active paramedic certification in Indiana (required).
  • Experience : Minimum of three years in a high-volume 911 / pre-hospital setting (five years preferred).
  • Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS / PEPP, and PHTLS / ITLS (NRP preferred; instructor certifications are a plus).
  • Specialized Training : FP-C certification (required within 24 months of hire).
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (preferred).
  • Skills : Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, maintain weight below 235 lbs, and pass pre-placement physical exams.

  • Earnings : Competitive pay with potential annual earnings up to $81,170 , including bonuses.
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
