IS Service Engineer II - Clinical Technology Services
IS Service Engineer II – Clinical Technology Services plays a pivotal role in advancing the security of medical devices and other clinical technologies across the enterprise. This position collaborates closely with clinical staff, IS field teams, cybersecurity experts, network engineers, application analysts, and external vendors to conduct security reviews and technical assessments of medical device technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Security Architecture Reviews : Facilitate and document security architecture assessments for both new and existing medical devices, ensuring alignment with industry cybersecurity standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Field Services, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Application teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Process Development : Create and maintain workflows, templates, and technical artifacts that support consistent and thorough evaluation of clinical technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with clinical and non-clinical teams to understand operational needs and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Technology Integration : Support the onboarding and integration of medical devices into existing network and application environments, ensuring compatibility and resilience.
- Lifecycle and Compliance Support : Contribute to the development of lifecycle roadmaps and ensure visibility into enterprise medical device inventory, with a focus on cybersecurity and compliance for network-connected devices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering2 or more years of related experienceExperience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processesExperience with n-tier solutionsExperience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and the ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)Preferred Qualifications
