Key Responsibilities
Advise faculty on proposal requirements and manage pre-award and post-award processes
Supervise a team of Grants and Contracts Administrators and provide training and mentorship
Ensure compliance with agency and university guidelines throughout the grant management lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; research or grants certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in grants / contracts or leadership
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Certified Research Administrator (CRA) preferred
Completion of required research administration training programs within specified timelines
