Facilities Planning and Space Management at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a Campus Planner - Facilities Planning & Space Management.

About the Opportunity :

Develop a project program or charter to communicate space development needs, which may include renovations, modifications, demolition, and / or reconstruction. This coordination effort involves meeting with internal stakeholders, advising end users on optimal space utilization, and coordinating with vendors. The program must be clearly conveyed through schematic-level drawings and / or renderings that illustrate space layout, usage, finishes, HVAC improvements, circulation, equipment needs, budget, schedule, and all other elements within the project scope. Once the program and budget are approved, this information is submitted to the Facilities Design and Construction unit, which leads the construction phase.
