Floating Training Shift Lead

OVERVIEW :
This position will focus primarily on training for new openings, while also providing operational support as Floating Shift Leads when not assigned to an opening. Team members will rotate to various locations within their assigned area – or to other areas they are willing to travel to – based on business needs.
Essential Functions
- Serve as part of the NRO training team for new restaurant openings
- Function as a floating shift lead at assigned or nearby locations when not participating in an NRO
- Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and operational guidance to new team members
- Travel to various locations to provide on-site leadership and training support
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restaurant staff to maintain high service standards
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to shift operations, including sales and employee performance
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service
- Other related duties as assigned for Operations
