Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to users regarding software and hardware operations
Conduct remote software installations and perform hardware testing
Maintain detailed records of data communication transactions and technical issues
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10 / 11, macOS, and Linux
Experience with remote support tools like RDP, Intune / SCCM, and TeamViewer
Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
