Home Health Aide | Weekday

Job Description

Interim HealthCare is looking for extremely motivated Home Health Aides to provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting :

• Excellent communication
• Assist client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Assist client with other activities : shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization
• Assist with ambulation, transfer, and / or range of motion exercises
• Utilize good infection control measures
• Recognize, document and report changes in client environment to supervisor
