Shift Leader

As the Edith’s Sandwich Counter Shift Lead, you will be a leader on our store team assisting with the store operations, responsible for the supervision of staff responsible for the front-of-house performance for The Sandwich Counter. Performance expectations include, but are not limited to, overwhelming guest satisfaction, ensuring that guests consistently receive the highest level of service and superior quality of food, fostering a trained and effective FOH team and helping create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification required for role
• A key expectation that will define your success in the role, is a candidate who is confident in interacting with people, leading their team by example and takes great satisfaction from knowing your great service has made a customer’s day better
• Leading from the front, setting an example for the team by being a role model
• Exceptional customer service and operational standards
• Demonstrate a ‘growth mindset’, always being proactive
• Must be a quick learner, have a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask and think on your feet
• Comfortable working late evenings and weekends, that’s when we are at our busiest
• Friendly and energetic, enjoys working as part of a team
