• Minimum 7 years of related tax and accounting experience
• Proven leadership in managing tax compliance, staff supervision, and process improvement
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage staff, review returns, delegate projects, and meet deadlines and budgets
• Experience with client invoicing, collections, and interdepartmental coordination
