The Digital Media Manager contributes to organizations mission by helping the Director of Communications in requested areas of social media, communications, and digital innovation strategies. In this role, your main focus will be assisting in the development and creation of social media content for the foundation and its business lines. The objective in this critical role is to ensure that AHF remains on the cutting-edge in communicating news, events, and trends via social media, as well as thoughtful stewardship of overall media image.
Responsibilities
- Manage specific areas of social media and digital efforts with sole leadership responsibility over various projects.
- Create original content for social platforms and engage with followers, staff, and the public on topical news.
- Serve as the social media liaison for major national advocacy campaigns and communication efforts.
- Collaborate with the Worldwide team and support key marketing, communications, and branding initiatives.
- Enhance communication by working with the marketing and global advocacy teams to infuse continuity and clarity into all social communications and activations, maintaining a consistent voice and position by enforcing the verbal and visual narrative and identity.
- Help the team, clients, and external stakeholders understand programs, projects, and positions across multiple business lines.
Qualifications
