Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is currently seeking a contract Trademark Docketing Specialist to support one of our prestigious law firm clients on a hybrid basis in Washington, DC.

This contract role would start ASAP once candidates are identified.

Duration : Through 2025

Pay : starting at $40 / hour

Hybrid three days on site

Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Monitoring, reviewing, and extracting information from trademark offices, local counsel, and other relevant sources for entry into the docketing database.
• Monitoring and managing deadlines for attorneys and paralegals daily.
• Assisting with the intake of new trademark portfolios.
• Distributing docketing reports on a regular basis.
