How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute cell culture expansion, bioreactor operations, and buffer / media preparation.
  • Operate and maintain upstream bioprocessing equipment including wave platforms, stirred-tank bioreactors, and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP in all documentation and operations.
  • Support process scale-up, technology transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and efficient manufacturing outcomes.
  • Contribute to investigations, root cause analysis, and deviation resolution activities.

    • Are You an Experienced Upstream Bioprocessing Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in upstream processing or manufacturing support.
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian or microbial cell culture and bioreactor systems.
  • Proven knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and aseptic technique.
  • Strong collaboration, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in biologics or viral vector manufacturing preferred.
