How You Will Make an Impact
Execute cell culture expansion, bioreactor operations, and buffer / media preparation.Operate and maintain upstream bioprocessing equipment including wave platforms, stirred-tank bioreactors, and control systems.Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP in all documentation and operations.Support process scale-up, technology transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and efficient manufacturing outcomes.Contribute to investigations, root cause analysis, and deviation resolution activities.Are You an Experienced Upstream Bioprocessing Professional Ready to Make an Impact?
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.4–6 years of experience in upstream processing or manufacturing support.Hands-on experience with mammalian or microbial cell culture and bioreactor systems.Proven knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and aseptic technique.Strong collaboration, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.Experience in biologics or viral vector manufacturing preferred.
