Opportunity Overview

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President to lead Asset & Wealth Management marketing, focusing on email marketing, automation, and operations, based in Dallas, Texas.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, primarily through email, to enhance client engagement, generate new business, and build brand equity. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve our CRM and email marketing stacks, automate processes, and ensure campaign accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and implementation of marketing platforms, including automation and Salesforce integration.
  • Build and enhance email marketing infrastructure and capabilities.
  • Manage operational support for email campaigns and automation tools.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and external agencies to optimize platforms.
  • Develop customer segmentation workflows and oversee campaign landing pages.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor email performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Serve as the firmwide SME for email marketing, providing training and support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ years in email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations.
  • 4+ years experience with enterprise email tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign).
  • Proficient in data querying languages (SQL) and data infrastructure.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing metrics, regulations, and best practices.
