Travel Physical Therapist – Hartsdale, NY

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days, 7.5 hours / day

Shift Times : Flexible options :

Option 1 : Mon / Wed / Fri 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm; Tues / Thurs 11 : 30am–8 : 00pm

Option 2 : Mon / Wed 11 : 30am–8 : 00pm; Tues / Thurs 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm; Fri 10 : 00am–6 : 30pm

Position Summary :

The Travel Physical Therapist provides outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation to adult patients. May float to nearby clinic locations as needed. Uses Raintree EMR for documentation.

Responsibilities :

Perform outpatient orthopedic / musculoskeletal rehabilitation

Treat approximately 12 adult patients per day

Ensure accurate documentation and progress notes

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Maintain patient safety and promote positive patient outcomes

Requirements :

NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration

Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience

Preferred :

3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience

No on-call requirements
