Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager responsible for managing proposal development and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the proposal team and collaborate with Account Managers to drive proposal development and submission

Translate technical information into persuasive content for proposals and other marketing materials

Oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and deadlines

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Proposal Manager or in a similar role

3+ years of experience managing the proposal lifecycle

2+ years of experience writing persuasive content for proposals

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field

1+ year of government proposal development experience, preferably in California
