Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, advocating for patient needs and providing education
Handle inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits, prior authorization requests, and assist with navigation support
Review claims for accuracy, document interactions, and ensure compliance with operating and productivity standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in a customer service or patient advocacy role within a healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and insurance processes
Proficient computer skills and ability to use electronic medical record systems
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
