• And much more!\n\nYour Role : \n\nAs an RN in our Women's Services unit, you'll be part of a 6-bed unit where teamwork and communication are key to providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include : \n
• Implementing and managing individualized plans of care, including administration of medication and clinical treatments.\n
• Documenting all patient care activities meticulously.\n
• Monitoring patient conditions and effectively communicating with the healthcare team.\n
• Assisting patients with daily living activities while promoting self-sufficiency.\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n
• Providing patient and family education tailored to individual needs and circumstances.\n
• Advocating for the physical and emotional wellbeing of all patients.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Associate's degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.\n
• Current RN license in the state of Kentucky.\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
• Neonatal Resuscitation, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE certifications required within 6 months of hire.\n
