This 200-acre campus includes three commercial office spaces that total over 2M square feet all beautifully and meticulously maintained and manicured.

The Campus Grounds Specialist serves as a liaison between our building facilities and grounds maintenance teams, and / or outside vendors. In this role, you would oversee all efforts related to landscaping, grounds upkeep and improvement. This includes oversight of daily operations, project planning / design / execution, and scheduling logistics for Team Members and outside vendors.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinating activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of vendors and team members
• Evaluating and verifying vendor performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques
• Maintaining records, preparing reports, and composing correspondence relative to the work requisitions
• Sourcing and purchasing materials for the vendor to maintain the grounds
• Maintaining all sidewalks and drives in all seasons
• Overseeing irrigation of the properties
• Preparing topographical maps of the facility's grounds, including irrigation
• Preparing quantity and cost estimates on proposed landscape projects
• Making assignments to vendors or working parties in the development and care of extensive and elaborate grounds
• Scheduling and overseeing the planting and harvesting of the facility's gardens
