A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Engagement, Rare Disease & Cardiometabolic Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational support to cross-portfolio field teams to enhance performance
Monitor field team performance using data-driven tactics to ensure alignment with brand strategies
Act as Chief of Staff to the Executive Director, supporting strategic planning and partner management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree minimum; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in field sales or home office roles
Experience with Rare Disease products preferred
Consulting background and product launch experience preferred
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM platforms like Veeva
