Executive Administrative Assistant To VP, F&BO PA&A & Contracts
This role reports to the Vice President of F&BO Program Assessment and Analysis, provides additional support to the VP of Contracts, and select Directors as needed. The chosen candidate plays a vital part in ensuring day-to-day operations run with focus, precision, and impact. In a fast-paced and highly sensitive environment, the Executive Administrator must demonstrate exceptional discretion, professionalism, and a forward-thinking mindset. The ideal candidate brings both organizational excellence and strong technical fluency, managing calendars, meetings, and travel logistics with a high degree of independence and care. Responsibilities include preparing briefing materials, coordinating domestic and international travel, working expense reimbursements, organizing internal documents, arranging multi-site meetings with multiple senior executives and customers, and navigating shifting priorities with confidence. Working collaboratively across functions and with other executive administrators is essential, as is the ability to maintain momentum behind the scenes while keeping critical details on track. Beyond traditional administrative support, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a more modern, efficient way of working. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin tools such as SharePoint, Catertrax, CONCUR, and Microsoft Teams is valuable, and a willingness to learn and apply developing technologiesincluding Artificial Intelligencewill help streamline processes and elevate productivity. Preference for an individual that is highly advanced in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information and work effectively across multiple stakeholders, departments, and business areas. Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI-based tools to enhance scheduling, document preparation, and administrative workflows. Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer proactive solutions. Demonstrated experience supporting executive visits, team events, and morale-building initiatives. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $108,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
