Superintendent for all aspects of high-end residential construction, who possesses knowledge in all trades including, but not limited to, code compliance, interior and exterior layout, structural and interior framing, concrete placement, trusses, roof assembly and waterproofing. Additionally, the applicant must have documented experience and advanced knowledge of major trades, to oversee the coordination and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and low voltage trades. Knowledgeable with on-site supervision of a wide range of complex interior finishes, including intricate millwork and stone finishes, all carpentry disciplines, elaborate with all trades in the field.

• Basic Computer and Mobile skills is required.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently verbally and electronically, including email.
• Critical Path Scheduling is highly desirable.
• Coordinating and Overseeing Field Operations
• Scheduling and Managing Subcontractors
• Following Up on Lead Times
• Exceptional Communicating Project Details with Project Coordinators and Project Managers
• Keeping Daily Logs Up to Date
• Verifying Field Measurements
• Quality Control of Job Site
• Receiving and Accepting Correct Deliveries of Supplies
• Coordinating and Preparing for Inspections
• Assisting with Needed Onsite Labor
• Reviewing Drawings
• Maintaining a Clean and Safety guidelines in Job Site
