Ad Sales Representative – Media & Brand Partnerships

With over 3 million engaged followers worldwide and a subscriber base of 600,000+ photography enthusiasts, we connect photographers, publishers, brands, and cultural organizations through award-winning competitions, curated exhibitions, and high-impact editorial content.

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Ad Sales Representative to build and grow our advertising and sponsorship business. This person will be responsible for selling display advertising, branded content, dedicated email campaigns, and collaborative co-promotions to companies that align with our values and global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and organizations in photography, media, and adjacent industries.
  • Sell digital advertising packages including newsletter banners, dedicated emails, sponsored guides, and social media collaborations.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities, while also managing and growing repeat client relationships.
  • Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and integrated campaigns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable ROI for partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong existing network with agencies, publishers, or brands in the creative industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-moving, global, creative environment.
  • Passion for photography, visual culture, or the arts is a plus.

    • Compensation

  • Commission : 15% on net new sales, including paid social collaborations and multi-channel partnerships
