About the Role :

Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide comprehensive care plans.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions through telehealth platforms.
• Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Stay updated on telehealth regulations and best practices.
• Provide follow-up consultations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Requirements :

• Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of telehealth technologies and online patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to improving health outcomes.
