The Childrens SPOT, Inc. offers Speech, Occupational and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programming for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of cognitive disorders and developmental delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The Childrens SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work in a clinic setting with children up to 10 years of age. The BCBA would be providing direct services, supervising RBTs, and directing 5-7 cases. This is a full time hourly position.

The essential functions of the BCBA :

• Assessment
• Developing interventions
• Training (Parent and RBT)
• Updating treatment plans and submitting to insurances
• Completing session notes

The ideal candidate for this position has their BCBA certification and is in good standing with the BACB. The should have experience with the VB MAPP and working with children 2 to 15 years of age.

Salary : $52.00 - $70.00 per hour (based on years of experience) for billable hours.
