Role The Marketing Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and management of content-driven marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. This role helps maintain a consistent brand voice, increases audience engagement, and supports lead generation and brand awareness goals through strategic content planning and execution. This role also heavily supports other internal teams with their communication efforts and needs.

Primary Responsibilities
Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for website pages, blog posts, social media, and newslettersCollaborate with internal teams to develop content aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectivesMaintain a content calendar for consistent and timely content distributionAssist in executing digital marketing campaigns including social media and SEO content strategiesOptimize content for SEO and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or YoastCoordinate with design team to develop visuals for digital campaigns, blog content, and social postsDraft and schedule posts on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokMonitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where appropriateAnalyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagementEnsure consistent messaging and tone across all marketing communicationsAssist in internal communications, partner communications, and event promotion materialsManage timelines and deliverables for content-related projects and campaignsCoordinate with external vendors or freelancers as neededTrack and report on content and campaign performance metricsExperience, Skills & Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media or graphic design for advertising or PR agency or other large company with multiple concurrent projectsSelf-starter with initiative and the ability to bring fresh ideas and get things doneStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with staffStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized and responsibleAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to manage multiple projects with attention to detailTime management and high energyPreferred Skills
