Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure consistent execution of service protocols
Manage relationships with third-party service providers and oversee work order management

5+ years of experience in facilities management or operations
Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams
Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
Experience in vendor management and service delivery oversight
