The Associate Manager, Transformation Office plays a critical role in Fortune Brands Innovations' enterprise transformation efforts. This position is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, a passion for strategic problem solving, and the ability to provide independent thought partnership. The Associate Manager will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and innovation across the organization. Job Responsibilities :

• Project Ownership & Execution : Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to help implement strategic initiatives. Own project management, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress and driving project completion.
• Insight Generation : Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Capability Building : Support the development of programs to build expertise in strategy, analytics, and transformation methodologies.
• Strategic Analysis & Research : Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking in support of FBIN's enterprise transformation agenda.
• Financial Modeling & Business Case Support : Build financial models and prepare business cases to evaluate strategic options and quantify potential impact.
• Portfolio & Performance Tracking : Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives and develop dashboards to track KPIs and value realization.

Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range : $105,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
