A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - CONTRACT.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for client facilities, including issue resolution and user assistance
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats while documenting all actions and communications
Assist with consultations, prioritize issues, and maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 months of related experience
Must have a hard-wired internet connection and a private workspace
Good organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
