Senior DevSecOps Engineer, Secret Clearance

We're seeking a highly skilled and security-minded Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our mission-driven team. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in secure software development, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) practices. You'll be instrumental in embedding security into every phase of our development lifecycle.

ð??¯ Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI / CD pipelines across multiple environments
• Integrate security tools and practices into DevOps workflows (e.g., SAST, DAST, container scanning)
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure compliance and resilience
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities in cloud-native environments
• Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security architecture reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevSecOps best practices across the organization

Salary range for the position is $175,000 - $195,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge. We also offer medical / dental / vision benefits and 401k contribution.
