Pay : $18.54- $22.30 per hour - depending on education and years of experience working in the behavioral health / residential care

Job Summary
As a Security & Safety Coach, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment for both youth and adults. You’ll help promote safety by stepping in to diffuse tense situations and eliminate stressors, ensuring everyone feels supported and secure.You’ll work closely with direct care staff, guiding daily activities, meeting client needs, and modeling safe, positive behaviors.
When challenges arise, your calm, compassionate approach will help resolve them and keep things running smoothly. In the absence of the Cottage Life Supervisor, you’ll step into a leadership role, offering guidance and support to keep the team focused and organized.

Major Duties :
Education : High school diploma or GED from an accredited high school
Qualifications : Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience : 1-year related experience and / or training
Preferred Experience / Skills : Experience working in a behavioral health setting or related field focused on service individuals using trauma informed and person-centered approaches
